outlying areas will be charged mileage.
*Most private extended medical plans cover
massage therapy and will reimburse all or a portion of
your fees. Your plan may require a doctor’s referral. Call your insurance company to be sure of your coverage. If
you do not have extended medical, we can suggest some
inexpensive plans.
* DVA and RCMP Billing Accepted with no user fees upon Approved Claim Number. Please call ahead with claim numbers for pre-approval.
*ICBC claims generally require a Doctors referral.
*WCB claims need to be paid privately until claim approval is attained. A valid WCB claim number and Doctors referral are required. |
